Method

    Pour

    Inverted: add 16g coffee, pour 100g of 89°C water.

    To 100g 10s Slow
  2. 0:30 02
    Stir

    Stir with one side of a chopstick for 5 seconds.

    Wait

    Add 2g of fresh ground coffee for aroma.

  4. 0:55 04
    Stir

    Stir for another 5 seconds.

    Wait

    Press down plunger to push up and remove excess air. Close the cap.

    Press

    Flip carefully and press for about 30 seconds. Yield ~75g.

    Done

    Bypass: room temp water to 115g, hot water to 155g. Serve.

Notes

Start with 16g coffee, add 2g fresh coffee at 0:45 for aroma boost. Uses Perfect Coffee Water @ 81.5% strength. 1 paper filter, rinsed. Washed Kenya AB from Karindundu, Nyeri. Yield ~75g concentrate. Bypass: room temp water to 115g, then hot water to 155g.
