Filter · Required

CoffeeSock Organic Cotton (AeroPress)

The cloth filter is the point: cotton holds fines for clarity yet passes oils, sitting between paper's clean cup and metal's body.

Notes

Cut and stack the cotton and linen filters so both sit flat and seal cleanly. Use 100g at 93°C first, then 135g at 75°C. Pull the plunger only slightly during each soak to avoid disturbing the bed.
