Method

    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 150g of 93°C water in 12 seconds.

    To 150g 12s Slow

    Stir

    Stir firmly 20 times in 13 seconds.

    Wait

    Cap with the rinsed filter, press the air out and place onto the carafe.

  4. 1:50 04
    Wait

    Flip, give 3 swirls and 2 light taps.

  5. 1:55 05
    Press

    Press gently until 2:15.

  6. 2:15 06
    Done

    Add 36g of room-temperature water and swirl for 1 minute to cool. Serve.

Notes

Single rinsed paper filter. Final dilution: 36g of room-temperature water swirled in for a minute to cool the cup.
