    Upright with the metal-plus-paper cap and coffee in the chamber. Pour 75g of 86°C water.

    To 75g 5s Slow

    Stir

    Stir 6 times.

    Pour

    Pour 75g more (total 150g).

    To 150g 5s Slow

    Stir

    Stir 5 times.

    Wait

    Insert the plunger and wait 1 minute.

  6. 2:00 06
    Press

    Press for 10 seconds.

  7. 2:10 07
    Done

    Pour 150g of 86°C water into the brewed cup and serve.

Notes

Cap with one metal filter and one paper filter on top. Final dilution: 150g of 86°C water poured into the brewed coffee after the press.
