Method

    Pour

    Inverted: pour 150g of 81°C water over 15 seconds.

    To 150g 15s Slow
  2. 0:15 02
    Stir

    Stir until 30 seconds on the timer.

  3. 0:30 03
    Wait

    Put the lid on. Wait until 1:00.

  4. 1:00 04
    Press

    Invert AeroPress, give it a swirl, plunge. Add 100-120g hot water to cup to dilute.

  5. 1:30 05
    Done

    Brew complete. Dilute to taste.

Notes

Uses 35g coffee — very high dose. The coarse grind compensates. Stir until 30 seconds. Put lid on, wait until 1 minute, invert, swirl, and plunge. Dilute with 100-120g of water to taste.
