    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 56g of 79°C water.

    To 56g 5s Slow

    Pour

    Pour the remaining water to 280g total over 60 seconds.

    To 280g 60s Slow

    Wait

    Cap with the paper filter and flip onto the cup.

  4. 1:35 04
    Press

    Press for 30 seconds.

  5. 2:05 05
    Done

    Serve.

Notes

Original dose was 22.5g; round to 23g for everyday use. Cap with one paper filter.
