    5s Slow

    Inverted: add coffee. Pour boiling water to chamber mark 1 (~50g).

  2. Wait 2 / 7

    Wait 5 seconds.

  3. Pour 3 / 7

    +100g add
    10s Circular

    Pour the plunger's preheating water into the chamber, circulating to mix. Top up to chamber mark 3 (~150g total).

  4. Pour 4 / 7

    200g

    +50g add
    5s Slow

    Pour the rest of the plunger contents into the chamber (~50g, total 200g).

  5. Wait 5 / 7

    Cap with the soaked filter and flip onto the cup.

  6. Press 6 / 7

    Press firmly until just before you hear the hiss.

  7. Done 7 / 7

    Serve.

Notes

Pre-soak the paper filter. Hold boiling water in the plunger ahead of time to preheat both ends of the brewer. Chamber marks: "1" is roughly 50g, "3" is roughly 150g.
