    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 45g of water for the bloom and stir 5 times.

    To 45g 10s Circular
  2. 0:30 02
    Pour

    Pour the remaining 185g of water (total 230g).

    To 230g 15s Slow
  3. 1:00 03
    Wait

    Attach the double filter cap and gently expel the air.

  4. 1:30 04
    Press

    Flip onto the cup and press slowly over about 20 seconds.

  5. 1:50 05
    Done

    Brew complete (~1:50 total).

Notes

Two paper filters give a cleaner cup. Stir about 5 times during the bloom. The slow press is about 20 seconds long.
