Coffee: washed Caturra from Jamison Savage, Chiriquí, Panama (1450-1600 masl) — the compulsory #1 for the USBrC 2024-25 cycle. Filter: Sibarist Fast Flat. Grinder: 1Zpresso K-Max at 6.8, ~750 µm. Water: Apax Lab Tonik/Jamm/Lylac mixed in 550ml, drops 19/3/6, target 90 ppm TDS. The authored durations hold all four pours near 6.3g/s. The two longer pours are dispersed through a Melodrip Lift set above the dripper. The brand page does not specify temperature; defaulting to the UFO baseline 92°C.
