The canonical KF300 recipe: a 1:15 brew with a short bloom, a single steady pour to the fill line, then the lid down so the dispersion plate finishes the job.

Method

Pour 30g in slow circles to saturate the bed.
To 30g 15s Circular -
0:30 02Pour
Pour steadily to 225g, then put the lid on.
To 225g 30s Slow -
2:30 03Done
Drawdown complete. Lift the brewer and serve.
