Swiss Gold Misc pourover by Swiss Gold

The canonical KF300 recipe: a 1:15 brew with a short bloom, a single steady pour to the fill line, then the lid down so the dispersion plate finishes the job.

Notes

Level the grounds with a firm tap on the basket before pouring — even bed depth matters more here than in a V60 because the regulator distributes water without your help. If drawdown finishes before 2:00, go a click finer. If it stalls past 3:00, a click coarser. For a noticeably cleaner cup, let the brewed coffee settle in the mug for 4 minutes after the drawdown and serve from the top — Sweet Maria's tip to drop the fine sediment.
