Swiss Gold Misc pourover by Swiss Gold

The established Swiss Gold KF300 guide uses a brief bloom, a steady fill, and the closed lid so its dispersion plate can meter the remaining flow. Built around a moderate brew ratio, it targets a balanced cup with body from the permanent filter.

Notes

Tap the basket firmly to level the grounds before wetting; the dispersion plate cannot correct an uneven bed. Use drawdown to dial the grind, moving finer when flow is too quick and coarser when it stalls. For a cleaner serving, let the brewed coffee settle for 4 min and drink from the top, leaving fine sediment behind.
