Method

- 1 Close the valve. Wet the filter-support ridges, fit the filter, open the valve to drain the base, then close it again and insert the barrel.
- 2 Add 26g of coffee and level the bed with a WDT tool.
- 3 Fit the dispersion cap, then tare the scale.

Close the valve. Pour in a spiral to 100g. Let it steep.

Use wet WDT to settle and level most of the bed onto the filter. Let it steep.

Prepare 3 / 61:255s
Open the valve to the one o’clock position.

Pour 4 / 61:302m30s
Finish pouring to 350g. Keep the water column at least 50% of the way up the barrel.

Bypass 5 / 64:005s
Add 100g of hot bypass water to dilute the brew.
+100g→ 450g -
Done 6 / 64:05
Diluted and ready to drink.
