Kono Meimon Misc pourover by Kono

This iced adaptation of Kono's Meimon guidance applies the signature center-only point pour to a concentrated brew over ice. Limited bypass helps retain flavor intensity while flash chilling delivers a crisp, transparent, aromatic cup.

Notes

Load the server with 100g and keep the pour compact over the coffee bed, never the exposed paper. Swirl the finished server just enough to melt and mix evenly; grind finer only if the chilled result tastes weak or sharply sour.
