Long Bloom
Open in appMataCafe, a shop in Tamsui, published two schedules when they took the Alpha apart on camera. This is the tighter one: a small wet, a full fifty seconds of rest, then three identical pours poured back to back with no pause between them. The long rest does the degassing work up front so the three later pours can run continuously without the bed rising.
