Cafec Flower Cup 1

Light Roast

CAFEC's official brewing guide shapes this light-roast recipe for the Flower Dripper Cup 1. Hot water and open petal ribs support an energetic drawdown, seeking a transparent cup with floral aroma, bright acidity, and little muddiness.

Notes

Pair 93°C with a medium-fine grind and a high-flow CAFEC Abaca filter. Rinse thoroughly and keep pours inside the coffee bed so the ribs vent air instead of encouraging bypass. Tighten the grind if sweetness trails the acidity.
