Cafec Flower Cup 1

CAFEC's Flower Dripper guidance underpins this flash-chilled Cup 1 recipe. A concentrated hot brew drains directly over ice, using the petal ribs to sustain flow and deliver an iced cup with bright aromatics, clean flavor, and balanced strength.

Notes

Weigh the ice in the server and grind finer than for a full-volume hot brew. Pour evenly enough to keep the small bed saturated without washing its edge. When drawdown ends, swirl the concentrate and ice thoroughly so dilution is uniform before serving.
