Notes

The Mountain Dripper is ideal for lighter roasts. Uses Kalita Wave 155 or V60 01 filters. The staircase-like internal ribs hold water in contact while multiple holes allow natural flow. Entire process should take about 2 minutes. Aim for a complete pour by 1:30.
