    Pour 40g in center. Let bloom develop.

    Pour to 150g in a thin stream, center only.

    Pour to 250g. Keep the stream thin and steady.

    Final pour to 300g.

    Drawdown complete. Remove nel immediately.

Notes

Nel drip brings out the best in light roasts with its cloth filter allowing oils through while trapping fines. Pour slowly in the center to create a deep extraction bed. The nel filter should be pre-soaked in hot water.
