Notes

The Gina's adjustable valve allows cold drip brewing without specialized equipment. Set the valve to its most restricted position for a slow drip (~1 drop per second). Use cold water with ice on top to maintain low temperature. The Bluetooth scale helps monitor drip rate. Takes 3-4 hours for full extraction.
