    Pour

    Pour all 250g boiling water FIRST into the Clever. Then add 15g coffee on top. Stir until all grounds are saturated.

    Swirl

    Give it a stir or swirl to knock grounds off the side.

    Wait

    Place Clever Dripper on cup to release. Drawdown takes ~1 minute.

  4. 3:30
    Done

    Brew complete. Target ~3:30.

Notes

Pour boiling water FIRST, then add ground coffee on top and stir until saturated. This is the key innovation — water before coffee. Give it a swirl at 2 minutes to ensure even extraction. Place on cup at 2:30.
