Bee House
Bee House Misc pourover by Bee House

This source-unspecified Bee House method brews a concentrated extraction directly over ice. The dripper's slow, paired-hole drainage supports strength before dilution, targeting a chilled cup that stays vivid, clean, and balanced.

Notes

Chill the server with 100g and brew directly onto it, then swirl until the melt is uniform. Grind finer than for a hot cup to compensate for reduced brew water, but coarsen if the concentrated drawdown becomes harsh or sluggish.
