Bee House
Bee House Misc pourover by Hustle Coffee

Hustle Coffee's larger Bee House preparation uses a generous water-to-coffee ratio for a shareable batch. The wedge dripper's restricted flow supports extraction while the recipe aims for a lighter, clean, tea-like cup.

Notes

Use the large Bee House with a Melitta #4 filter and preheat both brewer and server thoroughly. Pour confidently enough to keep the bed immersed; for a weak cup, grind finer before reducing 550g, preserving the intended light profile.
