Two Pour
Open in appAlternative Brewing's run at the method ROK suggests for the W1, with the numbers ROK never publishes: a clean 1:16, water measured at 95°C, and a bloom judged by where the water sits rather than by weight. Two pours is the whole recipe — the W shape is what keeps the bed even, so there is nothing to gain from splitting it further.
