Notes
The Origami Air's open airflow design creates a fast drawdown, so a slightly finer grind is needed compared to the standard Origami. Four small pours keep the water level low, preventing the bed from floating. Lower temperature (92°C) preserves the delicate florals typical of light roast specialty coffees.
