Closed valve, dry filter. Pour to 60g. Light WWDT.

Open valve and drain the bloom into the carafe.

Pour 3 / 50:45
Close valve. Pour to 150g. Swirl and set the Mini aside. Pour the drained bloom (about 22g) into a separate cup, then replace the Mini over the carafe.

Pour 4 / 51:30
Slowly open the valve fully. Pulse pour to 265g.

Drawdown complete around 3:45–4:00. Add part of the reserved bloom back to taste.
