Close valve. Pour to 100g.

Swirl 2 / 41:00
WWDT to settle the majority of the bed onto the filter.
Valve: Closed -
Pour 3 / 41:30
Open the valve to "1 o'clock". Pulse pour, keeping the water column mid-way up the barrel or above, until 350g.
+250g→ 350g Pulsed 90s Valve: Open -
Done 4 / 44:00
Drawdown complete around 4:00–4:30. Add 100g hot water to the carafe to dilute.
