    Drawdown complete. Target 2:15–2:30.

Notes

Each pulse is small enough that the bed stays just above the filter — no full drain between pours. Extraction reads more like a V60 than a typical Switch immersion. Pour the pulses centered and steady; aggressive circular pours channel through the saturated bed.
