Notes

Counter Culture's longer steep time of 6 minutes is intentional — it produces a sweeter, more rounded cup than the standard 4 minutes. The medium-coarse grind (slightly finer than typical) increases extraction during the longer steep. Stir at 30 seconds to ensure full saturation.
