Pour all 200g of water forcefully in one aggressive pour. Do not pour slowly. Do not stir.

Let sit completely undisturbed for over 4 minutes. Do not touch.

Place the dripper on your server and release the valve.

Remove dripper slightly before all liquid drains. Intense, concentrated Japanese-style brew.
