Cafec Deep 45 Cafec by CAFEC

CAFEC's Cafaboratory source presents a low-temperature Deep 45 treatment for dark roasts. Fast, consistent drainage and restrained agitation reduce harsh extraction, yielding a clean cup that retains roast sweetness and body.

Notes

Begin at 88°C and pour gently into the coffee rather than along the paper. Dark roasts release solubles quickly, so avoid stirring and repeated swirling. If bitterness persists, coarsen before lowering heat further; if the cup is hollow, fine in a small increment.
