Cafec Deep 27

Light Roast

Cafec Deep 27 Cafec by CAFEC

CAFEC's official brewing guide pairs the Deep 27 with light-roasted coffee. Four pulses work through the brewer's tall, narrow bed to raise extraction, targeting a bright cup with developed sweetness instead of sourness.

Notes

Use 95°C and keep the pulses centered so heat and flow pass through the full coffee column. If acidity is sharp and the drawdown remains quick, fine the grind slightly; if the finish is drying, coarsen. CAFEC Abaca paper provides the intended fit and drainage.
