    Pour

    Inverted: pour 50g of 80°C water.

    +50g 10s Slow
  2. 0:10
    Swirl

    Stir very gently 3 times back and forth.

  3. 0:15
    Pour

    Pour remaining water to 200g.

    +200g 15s Slow
  4. 0:50
    Swirl

    At 0:50, stir gently 3 more times.

  5. 1:00
    Wait

    At 1:00, push out excess air. Attach cap with 2 filters.

  6. 1:40
    Wait

    At 1:40, flip and press until 2:00.

  7. 2:00
    Done

    Swirl to cool. Pour from height to aerate.

Notes

First-time competitor. Uses two rinsed paper filters and Third Wave Water. Grind is coarser than Chemex (Comandante 27 clicks). Swirl to cool and pour from height to aerate.
