    Inverted: pour 60g of 79°C water.

    +60g 5s Slow
  2. 0:05
    Swirl

    Turbulent wiggle for 15 seconds.

  3. 0:20
    Wait

    Allow 30 seconds bloom.

  4. 0:50
    Pour

    Add remaining water to 230g in 10 seconds.

    +230g 10s Slow
  5. 1:00
    Wait

    Flip and press for 45 seconds.

  6. 1:35
    Done

    Brew complete (~1:35 total).

Notes

Zahradnik recommends Kenya washed coffees. Preheat all AeroPress parts with 79°C water for 15 seconds.
