    Pour 90g of 80°C water.

    +90g 8s Slow

    Swirl

    Stir for 10 seconds.

    Wait

    Press gently for 20-30 seconds using the weight of your hand.

    Done

    Done. Add hot water to taste.

Notes

Adler uses 80°C to reduce bitterness. The output is a concentrate — add hot water to taste (like an Americano). Press gently using just the weight of your hand.
