How it brews
Sibarist's abaca flat-bottom paper for OREA drippers, in narrow and wide cuts and offered in both FAST and B3 grades. It sits in the flat-basket family and interchanges with flat papers of the matching fit. The FAST grade is the high-permeability abaca sheet Sibarist rates as fast-draining — good for an open, clean cup where the grind and pour do the steering — while B3 trades speed for more body and retention (both the maker's own framing, not measured here). Specialty, single-use, with the usual rinse.
