Sibarist's fast abaca flat-bottom paper cut for the Etkin's 8-cup batch bed. It sits in the flat-basket family and interchanges with flat papers of the matching fit. It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped for a larger batch bed, which Sibarist frames as fast-draining so the grind and pour set the pace rather than the paper (its own claim, not measured here). Specialty, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.

It sits in the flat-basket family and interchanges with flat papers of the matching fit. The FAST grade is the high-permeability abaca sheet Sibarist rates as fast-draining — good for an open, clean cup where the grind and pour do the steering — while B3 trades speed for more body and retention (both the maker's own framing, not measured here).
