How it brews
A thin dual-wall conical paper Saint Anthony cuts for the 70° cone — shared across the Phoenix70, C70 and G70 brewers, which is why it lives on its own 70° seat rather than the V60 cone. Worth being clear on: despite the "dual wall" name this is a thin conical paper, not a thick Chemex-style bonded filter, so don't expect Chemex-like drawdown from it. The two-layer construction is shaped to the 70° wall so the bed seats cleanly against the steeper cone. Saint Anthony publishes no flow rating for it and there's no reliable within-seat ranking, so we leave flow unrated rather than guess; it's single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
