How it brews
An abaca paper Cafec cuts for a deep 45° cone, sized for larger 3-to-7-cup batches. Like the Deep 27 it sits on its own seat and does not interchange with standard V60 papers — a normal V60 cone bulges in the steeper, deeper cone rather than seating flat against the wall. The angle-specific shape lets the bed stack deep and columnar so water stays in longer contact through a taller bed, which is the point of the Deep geometry. Cafec states no flow class for the Deep line and there's no dependable within-seat ranking, so we leave flow unrated rather than invent one; it's oxygen-bleached and single-use, with the usual rinse before brewing.
