Patrik Rolf is a Swedish barista, roaster, and entrepreneur. In 2016 he opened April Coffee Roasters in Copenhagen, which has grown into one of Northern Europe's reference Nordic roasters with a strong subscription and wholesale business.

He took silver at the 2019 World Brewers Cup and reached the finals of the 2022 World Barista Championship, making him one of the most decorated competitors of the recent Nordic generation. He also designed the April Brewer, a flat-bottomed pour-over dripper sold under the April brand, with dedicated recipes calibrated around its bed geometry and flow profile.

His book From Nerd to Pro documents his path from home-brewing enthusiast to professional roaster and business owner. Gota catalogues his published recipes for V60 and the April Brewer.
