Torch Mountain Dripper Misc pourover by Industry Beans

Industry Beans' Torch Mountain method pairs the brewer with a Kalita Wave 155 paper and three measured pours. The combination uses the flat bed and restricted outlets to produce a clean, delicate cup with even extraction.

Notes

Seat and rinse a Kalita Wave 155 or Melitta 102 paper carefully so it does not obstruct the five outlets. Keep the pours broad enough to wet the flat bed, and target a drawdown between 150s and 180s.
