Notes

Set up before you start: cover the filter support ridges with water, place the filter, open the valve to drain the base, insert the barrel, add and level the coffee, place the dispersion cap and tare. Close the valve once the base has drained, and open it halfway for the drawdown. Generally produces the most acidic cup profile with the Pulsar, though it may show a lower extraction yield. Adjust the final valve opening to the flow you want.
