NextLevel Pulsar Mini

Water First

Water First comes from NextLevel's Pulsar Mini recipes and loads water before grounds for rapid, uniform wetting. Two additions with the valve open then favor an efficient drawdown and a clean cup at an everyday strength.

Notes

Set up before you start: place the filter, insert the barrel and close the valve. Place the dispersion cap and tare once the coffee is in. If the flow stalls on a pour, close the valve and WWDT down against the paper.

Grinder

650 µm gap. EG-1 / ULF reference.
