Notes

Start with a dry filter. Especially good with high-density washed coffees, and expressive anaerobic or thermal-shock processed coffees. Produces a cleaner, more delicate cup with better flavour separation and higher perceived clarity. Expect a lower TDS, around 1.05–1.25%.
