Pour Over

Espro Bloom Misc pourover by Espro

Espro's standard Bloom pour-over uses the brewer's finely perforated stainless base to spread drainage across the coffee bed. Its many outlets support uniform extraction, aiming for a notably clean cup with balanced sweetness and texture.

Notes

Preheat the brewer, distribute the grounds evenly, and make sure every section of the perforated base is clean before brewing; trapped oils or fines will alter flow. Pour within the bed rather than onto the walls, and avoid aggressive swirling if sediment appears.
