Notes

Brewed as a plain percolation cone, without the Transit Base. The video gives the targets (60g, 90g and 200g), the fast-slow-fast flow and the 0:35 start of the last pour; it does not say when the slow pour begins, so 0:10 is an estimate for starting it as soon as the first pour ends. GeeCoffee says the dripper suits coffees on the medium side of light.

Grinder

24 clicks on a Comandante C40.
