Cafec Deep 27 Cafec by CAFEC

CAFEC's recommended Deep 27 recipe uses just 12g and a bloom followed by two steady centered pours. The narrow 27-degree cone and deep filtering layer regulate extraction for a balanced, sweet cup.

Notes

This is the recipe CAFEC uses on their product page and video to showcase the Deep 27. The narrow cone eliminates the need to control water placement. Pour steadily at the center and the dripper self-regulates extraction through its deep filtering layer and Abaca+ paper. Brew should not exceed 2:30.
