How it brews
Sibarist's fast abaca paper cut for OREA's Z1 flat bed — its own seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with Kalita-Wave or other standard flat papers. Same high-permeability abaca sheet as the FAST line, shaped to the Z1 geometry: an open flat paper clears the shallow, wide bed quickly so the grind and pour set the pace, which is the fast, high-clarity brief Sibarist markets (its own claim, not measured here). It's a specialty, single-use item with the usual pre-brew rinse.
