How it brews
OREA's abaca flat-bottom paper for the Z1 bed of roughly 7 cm — its own seat, so it does not interchange with Kalita-Wave or other flat papers. OREA markets it as a fast-draining paper, and the mechanism is the abaca sheet: a more open flat paper lets water clear a shallow, wide bed quickly, so the paper stops being the bottleneck and the grind and pour set the pace. Brewers wanting an open, high-clarity cup on the Z1 tend to lean on this fast paper and build contact time back with a finer grind if they want more. It's a specialty item, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.

How it brews
Sibarist's fast abaca paper cut for OREA's Z1 flat bed — its own seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with Kalita-Wave or other standard flat papers. Same high-permeability abaca sheet as the FAST line, shaped to the Z1 geometry: an open flat paper clears the shallow, wide bed quickly so the grind and pour set the pace, which is the fast, high-clarity brief Sibarist markets (its own claim, not measured here). It's a specialty, single-use item with the usual pre-brew rinse.
