How it brews
The flat-bottom basket paper for Moccamaster's CDGT batch brewer, sized for the larger "Grand" basket rather than a wedge cone. It seats in the flat-basket family and interchanges with other basket papers of that fit, not with wedge or cone brewers. Moccamaster publishes no fast/medium/slow class, so we leave flow unrated. Like other batch baskets, the flat bed spreads the coffee wide and it needs no special handling.
