Notes

Use the Medium flow screen and Kalita Wave 185 paper. Kurasu lists the screen, dose, water, grind, and pour schedule; temperature here is a conservative starting point for the insulated steel body. The four equal pours make this the best baseline for learning the brewer before changing screens. If the coffee feels too sharp, try the Slow screen; if it feels muted, try Fast. Treat the timestamps as a guide. Pour the next pulse when the water has nearly reached the bed.
