NextLevel Pulsar
NextLevel Pulsar Nextlevel by Long Vo

Long Vo's recipe, shared by NextLevel, begins with a steeped bloom before four equal pours through an open Pulsar valve. Refilling to the same level each time makes it quick and forgiving, with a layered cup that balances body and definition.

Notes

After the steeped bloom, open the valve and refill to the top of the base on every pour. Keep additions equal and avoid letting one pulse run much lower than the others. Most coffees should finish in roughly 2.5-3 min; adjust grind if drawdown falls outside that window.

Grinder

600–700 µm nominal burr gap.
